Jack & Jones is one of Europe's leading producers of menswear with more than 1000 stores across 38 countries. We are currently looking to recruit an assistant Store Manager for our store in Jervis Street shopping centre
Role & Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the day to day running of the store in Jervis Street Dublin
-Required to lead by example at all times and to manage a team of between 6-9 team members.
-Responsible for maintaining a sales driven mind-set, motivating your team to provide a high level of customer service and also towards achieving sales targets & KPI targets.
-Liaising with head office in relation to certain aspects of the business.
-Follow Compony procedures and assisting Area manager in matters concerning merchandising, shop operations and business practices, team training, team building.
Necessary skills/experience:
-Previous managerial experience in a fast paced fashion retail environment.
-Experience of both managing & motivating a team.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets & KPI's.
-Experience of training & developing a team.
-Experience in relation to Visual Merchandising and following brand guidelines.
-A desire to succeed is also necessary.
