Bakery Chef
Rise & Dawn sourdough bakery is looking for a night time commis baker to join our ever increasing production team. The responsibilities include:
- preparation of a wide variety of baked items from bread, baguettes to focaccia and brioche buns
- Assisting with mixing, shaping and packing of the baked products
- Cleaning and HACCP
Requirements
- Relevant bakery experience in similar position
- Understanding of basic food safety practices
- Excellent time management
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes

Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
