It is a full time role- 30-40 hours per week.
Suitable person must be able to work on a 7 days a week roster.
The job of a car groomer involves a variety of tasks to make sure that a vehicle looks its best, both inside and out. Some of the specific duties of a car groomer may include:
Cleaning the exterior of the vehicle, including washing, waxing, and polishing the cars body, windows, and wheels.
Cleaning the interior of the vehicle, including vacuuming the carpets and seats, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning the windows.
Detailing the engine bay and undercarriage of the vehicle.
Applying protective coatings to the vehicle to help prevent damage from environmental factors such as UV rays, salt, and bird droppings.
Inspecting vehicles for damage and reporting any issues to management.
Maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensuring that they are properly stored and organized.
Providing excellent customer service to clients, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.
Overall, the role of a car groomer is to ensure that the vehicles they work on are kept in pristine condition and that customers are satisfied with the results. The job requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Relevant expereince in a similar position would be advantageous.
Class 1- NZ Driving license would be advantageous.
Freshers welcome, On job training will be provided.
Suitable person must be a NZ Citizen or resident.
