- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, including interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges, and ensure accurate billing and shipping information.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Educate customers on company policies, procedures, and product features.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
