Financial MIS Accountant [United Arab Emirates]


 

The senior accountant's responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned. Who can keep track of financial statements and monitor current financial situations and prepare reports.

Prepare journal entries and synthesize common ledger for subsidiary accounts. - Reconciliation of Bank / Debtors / Creditors Accounts. - Design and prepare audit schedules for external audit processors.

Staff accountants are responsible for preparing and reviewing financial documents, reports, and statements. They also oversee all accounting procedures while advising on general finance matters.

Who can track inflow, outflow, current finance status, advise management on profit/loss along with monthly cash in hand etc. Who can keep track of all bank accounts and banking transactions.

Manage all accounting transactions. Prepare budget forecasts. Publish financial statements in time. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Ensure timely bank payments. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

Sole person responsible for both accounts related and finance related tasks of the company right from level 1 (receivables, handling petty cash, payroll processing, WPS upload, handling payables, managing bank accounts, balance sheet analysis etc.) to till management level MIS reporting and guidance. Person in charge for streamlining and bringing strategy in place with regards to accounts and finance department both. Handling audit related tasks as required by the company’s standard.

Also handle additional tasks as assigned by Managing Director from time to time.

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software Solid knowledge of accounting regulations. MIS & Report making. Time-management abilities. Confidentiality & flexibility.

Education: B.com/M.com/MBA in finance and accounts. Experience: Minimum 2 years UAE Accounting. CA certification preferred.

WHO HAS EXPERIENCE IN MAKING FINANCIAL MIS REPORTS, GRAPHS AND CHARTS TO PRESENT TO MANAGEMENT. SALARY IS UPTO AED 6500. DO NOT APPLY FOR JOB IF YOUR EXEPCTATION IS HIGH.
