Sybrid is looking to recruit a skilled professional for its ‘Customer Services Executive’ post.
The applicant selected for this position will be tasked with contacting customers by phone to sell or create interest in company products, answer customer questions, go the ‘extra mile’ to meet sales target and facilitate future sales, and maintain records/runtime updates of customer information in the database. Further, he or she will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationship
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
Job timing: 8pm to 4am
No Rotation Fixed working hours Fixed working days
