HDL Contracting Limited is a well-established painting business. We are looking for 10 extra painters to join our team with strong teamwork skills. In addition to the 5 which we were seeking last month (total 15).
Your job will be to paint interior and exterior structures, buildings and other surfaces. We expect your painting solutions will be both practical and aesthetic, with high quality and attention to detail.
Our office is in Nelson/Tasman and we will expect our workers to meet us at the different job sites each work day, so personal transport is a must.
You will also help with building scaffolding and also dismantling it, covering fixtures, preparing walls and other surfaces by painting, scraping, using sandpaper, cleaning equipment and surfaces and removing old paint etc. using various tools, placing drop sheets to protect surfaces, mixing paints, applying wallpaper and trimming edges, following all safety precautions.
Payrate is $25-35/hr depending on experience.
Guaranteed minimum 30hrs per week.
Must have at least 2.5yrswork experience.
