Our client is looking for a Manager to join its Funds Services team in its Luxembourg office.
The successful candidate will hold a degree in Law with a similar professional qualification and have people management experience including developing and coaching others. You will have experience as a legal officer, paralegal or company secretary.
You will have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the Luxembourg Company Law and regulatory requirements along with a good understanding of AML and KYC requirements, the ability to review or prepare comprehensive board minutes and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
You will have proficiency in English language both written and spoken and a good working knowledge of the French language. The ability to persuade and influence with decision making with conflicting and demanding deadlines. You will have the ability to communicate effectively on matters at Board level and the ability to oversee internal projects. You will be results driven, Integrity, discretion, tact & diplomacy, team player & role model.
Your role will be to provide professional administration services to a portfolio of complex clients in line with business activities. Maintain and develop relationships with team clients and promote the positive image of the business through the professional application of services and knowledge. You will also interact with the Management and Directors as well as other teams within other group entities where relevant.
