Job Description :

- Number of Position : Pune.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To understand different companies businesses and its manpower requirements.
- Conversant with end to end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding the candidates.
- To Source and screen the candidates to build a pool of interested candidates through Job Portals, data Bank, Head Hunting, References, Job postings etc in given time frame.
- To coordinate with shortlisted candidates for interviews & follow up for their feedback from clients
- To coordinate with candidates for offer & Follow up with them till they are on boarded.
- To coordinate with clients over phone and email for feedback and open positions
- To coordinate with clients for fulfillment of the manpower requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
