1) Prepare and analyze BU P&L for actual reporting, business planning, strategic planning, and latest estimates.

2) Prepare financial analysis on major BU activities such as channel innovation, new product introductions, pricing and sourcing strategies, capital investments, SKU harmonization/rationalization and other related activities.
3) Conduct month end closing and ensure fair statement of Sales, A&P, inventory and other BU related items.
4) Provide sound financial advice to the BU Directors and Managers on key BU decisions using factual and accurate financial analysis
5) Ensure key BU financial ratios are properly controlled and monitored vs targets, alert BU Management of any deviations/risks on a timely basis, and recommend the necessary action steps.
6) Participate in the BU Business and Strategic Planning activities – Leadership meeting, strategic workshop and etc- and provide sound recommendation on key financial commitment numbers.
7) Continuously seek to provide real time ‘decision ready’ business sensitive BU information/knowledge by delivering them through decision ready forms
