Michelin is now seeking to recruit a driven, result oriented and proactive Account Development Manager to work with our tires for Trucks and Buses.

You work in southern Finland, in the capital region. We expect that you live in Uusimaa. This position also includes travel.
About the role:
As an Account Manager for our truck tires, your main mission is to work with our fleet approach. You will be asked to map, analyse and hunt the big transportation fleets in your districts and offer them a sustainable, CO2 efficient and cost-efficient tire solution with Michelin values. Some part of your work will consist of examine the fleet by doing tire check-ups, in order to present the best solution to offer your customer. You will also maintain the business relationship with already existing fleets and establish and uphold contact with Michelin dealers. As an expert for our industry products, you will help our customers to choose the right tire for every vehicle and environment.
Your tasks will also consist of customer visits and negotiations with defined customers in order to sell the truck and bus tires via our dealers, give technical information and conduct trainings and inform customers about campaigns and new products.

What we are looking for:
We want you to think and act as the CEO of your district, be self-going and responsible for all activities concerning your customers. In exchange, you will have a lot of freedom to plan your work and travels, and you will also work together with our marketing team to suggest campaigns for your district.
We expect you to be strong when it comes to building relations with customers, be organized and have the ability to structure your workday and have a passion for increasing sales and implement plans.
For this role, we require you to speak fluent Finnish and English and be an experienced user of Microsoft Office 365. We work with salesforce.com as a CRM system. This job requires travelling and you need to be prepared spend some nights a week away from home.

For this position, you will receive a fixed monthly salary, annual sales bonus as well as a leasing car, laptop, and mobile phone, in addition to Michelin's regular benefit package.
